Next Practical Recipe: Shortcrust Pastry

Practical Date: Friday Tuesday 10th (making) & Thursday 12th (baking)

Bring in the following ingredients pre-weighed if possible. It is very important you bring these in and take part in the practical as it is part of your final GCSE assessment!!

Making Pastry:

Baking/Filling Pastry

  • Bring in your choice of sweet filling – enough for 3 pastries
